SESAT satellite tests, 1999
Krasnoyarsk Territory, Russia. SESAT satellite tests ran by the Reshetnev Applied Mechanics Science-Production Association. The satellite is being made for the European Telecommunications Satellite Organization (Eutelsat) by the Reshetnev Wassociation in tandem with Alcatel Space Industries.
