MOSCOW, USSR. January 20, 1982. In the Kremlin a programme was signed of economic and technical cooperation and the trade between the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the People's Republic of Angola. The programme was signed by a member of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the CPSU, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the USSR N.
