Cartoon, Francis, Duke of Teck (1837-1900) -- knocked down! He was the father of May (Mary), who later married the future George V. He and his wife had free accommodation in Kensington Palace (pictured here), but by this time they were seriously in debt, and had to leave for continental Europe
