Description A builder at the home of the deceased Mrs Mary Emsley
Details

Evidence was gathered in the murder case of Mrs Mary Emsley that a builder by the name of Rowland had been seen leaving Emsley's house with wallpaper rolls. When testifying in court, Rowland suggested that the witness was unstable and thus the evidence was void.
