The pilot of a British aeroplane damaged during a forced landing in a crater zone is assisted by the salvage crew and given first aid to his arm, wounded in the crash. Assistance has also arrived in the form of the crew of a passing tank sporting multi-coloured camouflage. All face a race against time to save the aeroplane before the observers in the German aeroplanes above report the location.
