A cross-section of a 35,000-ton battleship, the H.M.S. King George V, the flagship of the Pacific Fleet, and one of the more modern battleships of its time. The diagram itself shows a variety of different facilities found on the ship, including messes, quarters, gun rooms, as well as less obvious features of a battleship, a butchers, a soda fountain and a coppersmith's shop.
