The New Year - By An Optimist~~~~The mood is tongue in cheek, and yet there remains a hint of hopeful optimism in this cartoon by George Studdy, who imagines the Kaiser imprisoned as a star exhibit at the British Museum, but the end of 1915, as well as underwater tourist excursions off the coast of East Anglia to view the sunken German fleet.
