'Please explain streamlined pleats'. It is surprising what a difference graduating knife-edged pleats into a snug-fitting hip line does make to an all-round pleated skirt. That streamlined effect is so amazing graceful, so slenderising; and the 'Koneray' allows great freedom of movement than does any oldstyle pleaed skirt.
