'OXO fortifies the system against influenza infection'. Between January 1918 to December 1920 the influenza pandemic killed millions of mainly young healthy adults. Advert for OXO suggesting that if you drink a cupful of OXO two or three times a day, it will prove your immense service as a protective measure. Its invigorating and nourishing properties are most rapidly absorbed into the blood, and thus the system is reinforced to resist the attack of the malady.
