Two new patented inventions by Maignen's, and the dangers of not having a 'Filtre-Rapide' (water filter), from cholera, typhoid, diphtheria and blood poisoning. And benefits of having a 'Anti-Calcaire' (water-softener) a harmless powder which attacks, decomposes and precipitates all the carconates of lime and magnesia and the sulphate of lime leaving nothing injurious in the water making it luxuriously soft.
