Details |
'Let's take lunch with us'! A packed meal, whether it's for a picnic or for someone to take to work, dinner. And it can be. Remember that you should include something from the body-building group of foods - meat, fish cheese, eggs. Also something green. The energy food will look after itself in the bread, pastry or cake part of the meal. The following suggestions make a change from sandwiches, and you'll notice that they give all-round nourishment. Suggestions are: Scotch eggs, watercress prune turnover, cornish pasties, salade in a jar, cake, salade boats, spread biscuits, chocolate marzipans.
