'A treat in store with summer fruit'. The delicious fruits of summer need not be a fleeting pleasure. When you are fortunate enough to get fruit, you'll want to eat most of it fresh. But why not treasure some for later on? Cherry pie, raspberry flan and gooseberry fool, for instance, are doubly welcome in winter.
