Germany goes all out on physical training for youths, adults, old men and women and even young infants from the age two, a new bill was being introduced to make physical exercise compulsory from the age of four months. A special school was opened in Berlin under the direction of Major Neumann Neurode, for drilling of soldiers during the First World War.
