Scenes in silhouette showing how British soldiers helped their Allies during World War One. In Belgium, the R.A.S.C transported villagers from a ruined village. In France, a divisional commander with the mayor of a relieved French town takes the salute of a passing battalion. In Italy, British soldiers help out the local ladies at a well and with America, the British make friends with American soldiers behind the lines.
