Captain Robert Falcon Scott (1868 - 1912), the famous Polar explorer, returning from Norway on the Wilson liner, Aaro, where he was purchasing sledges and skis for his ill-fated expedition to the South Pole. Scott is accompanied by his wife, formerly Kathleen Bruce, and Mr Skelton, chief engineer of the Discovery, leaving the quay.~~
