The capture of the Chilean ship Tornado by the frigate Gerona, near Madeira, on 21st August 1866. The Tornado having been bought by Chile from Britain, is flying a British flag as it tries to outrun the Spanish frigate behind them, firing cannons to call the ships attention to halt.
