A horse-drawn bus outside the Star Hotel in Matfield, Kent (now the Star Inn). The bus is from Tunbridge Wells, and serves the villages of Matfield, Brenchley and Paddock Wood. The Star Hotel and public house offers good accommodation for cyclists and is run by the Yalding brewery, H.T. Wickham & Co.
