Cartoon, A Slow Cab-inet -- a satirical comment on the slow progress of parliamentary business since the Conservative Party won the General Election. Benjamin Disraeli is depicted as a cabman falling asleep and letting his horse's reins drop, while his passenger Mrs Britannia tries to wake him up and move him on. Her luggage on top of the cab represents Reforms and Bills waiting to be dealt with.
