Cartoon, An Easy Place -- satirical comment on Benjamin Disraeli's relatively easy job as Chancellor of the Exchequer. He was adopting the financial arrangements of the previous (Liberal) government, on the grounds that his party were in a minority, which gave the impression that he didn't have a very heavy workload.
