Cartoon, The electric underpants, showing a new invention by a German scientist. Not only do the underpants keep the soldier warm in the trenches, they also propel him forwards for a terrifying charge at an enemy soldier. Unfortunately, when the current is cut off, the soldier kneels down and holds up his hands in surrender!
