Cartoon, The Head of the German Vam-Pire, with a caricature of Kaiser Wilhelm II with the words Louvain and Rheims (Reims) on his shoulders, and a vampire bat (instead of the usual eagle) above his helmet, with blood dripping from its claws and mouth. The Kaiser's fur cloak has sharp points on it, echoing the shape of the bat's wings and claws.
