Cartoon, The Strong Government -- a satirical comment on Gladstone's government introducing the Ballot Bill (legislation for the secret ballot in elections) towards the end of a busy parliamentary session. Rude boy Disraeli tells Gladstone and his three colleagues to be careful not to overdo things.
