The Chapel Royal at St. James's Palace, scene of numerous royal weddings including that of Queen Victoria, George V and Queen Mary and, in this instance, Princess Alexandra, Duchess of Fife to Prince Arthur of Connaught. It is shown here altered and re-arranged for the wedding. It being so small, several structural alternations had to be made so that accommodation might be found for the guests including the removal of the pews.
