Details	Two photographs of action from the Second Division fixture at Stamford Bridge between Chelsea and West Bromwich Albion, which ended in a 1 - 0 win for Chelsea. West Brom are in their traditional stripes, and in those days goalkeepers wore the same strip as the rest of the team.~~This was Chelsea's first season in the League, having only been founded in March 1905. They missed out on promotion by one place, finishing third, with West Bromwich Albion one place behind them.
