Details

A chess set made by Staff-Sergeant H. Henshaw, Royal Engineers, Wireless, Palestine constructed entirely from British and French small-arms cartridges with the help of a small file, a saw made from a table knife, a pair of folding nail scissors and a small soldering iron.
