Illustration summarising the delights of the newly-opened London Hippodrome's first annual pantomime - Cinderella - which the management claimed was the most expensive ever to be staged. Also included in the montage of characters is the Hippodrome's stage director, Frank Parker, who deservedly takes a bow.
