Clement Hobson, co-owner of the smart restaurant chain Ciro's, in Paris, Deauville, Monte Carlo and London. Also Chairman of the London Opera House. Hobson suffered with blindness in one eye and poor vision in the other - evidenced by the monocle he wears.
