COLONEL ALBERT BRASSEY (1844-1918) British rower, soldier and Conservative politician. Was a Lieutenant in the 14th Hussars and a Colonel in the Queen's Own Oxfordshire Hussars. At the time of this caricature was living at Heythrop Hall, Oxfordshire, hence the Caption: The Master of the Heythrop
