Some of the Coronation regalia used during the ceremony. At the top is the Imperial State Crown containing the Black Prince's ruby. In the middle are the sandals forming part of the Coronation vestments and the Coronation ring, also known as the Wedding Ring of England. To the left is St. Edward's Staff and on the right, one of the eight maces (symbols of kingly authority). At the bottom are two of the five swords used - the Sword of Justice to the Spirituality and the Sword of Justice to the Temporality.
