Details

Daikoku is one of the Seven Gods of Luck in Japanese mythology, known as the god of wealth and guardian of farmers. He is often depicted carrying a wish-granting mallet in his hand and sitting on two bags of rice. He was adapted from a Hindu warrior deity and adopted into the Buddhist religion.
