Dr. David Livingstone (1813 - 1873), Scottish missionary and explorer, published in 1870. The discoverer of Victoria Falls, his extensive explorations of Central Africa were chiefly driven by the strength of his missionary ideals. He died in Zambia in 1873, while searching for the source of the Nile.
