A picturesque dress of pervenche blue taffeta trimmed with frills, with a stiffened hem and a frill of white muslin edged with lace from Ernest's. The skirt displays the shorter, fuller characteristics becoming popular during the First World War, replacing the tighter pre-war skirts.
