Details

The ocean liner, Empress of Britain, a steamship owned by the Canadian Pacific Steamship Company pictured in detailed cross-section by the artist G. H. Davis. The ship carried mail as RMS Empress of Britain or passengers with the prefix SS. She was torpedoed and sunk in 1940 by German U-boat, U-32.
