Description	Empress of Russia, Alexandra Feodorovna in Red Cross uniform
Details	Empress of Russia, Alexandra Feodorovna - (Alix of Hesse), (1872 - 1917). Granddaughter of Queen Victoria and wife Nicholas II of Russia. Wearing Red Cross uniform, during World War One, Alexandra served at a military hospital in Petrograd (St. Petersburg) for the wounded soldiers, with her two eldest daughters from (1914 -1917), until the family was arrested following the first Russian Revolution of 1917, and executed by Bolsheviks in July 1918.
