Page from The Tatler reporting on the historic victory of England against America in the International Polo Trophy (Westchester Cup) in June 1914. The England Team, described as the 'Bigger Four' (a skit against the American Team who WERE known as the 'Big Four), are, from left, Captain Lockett, Captain Barrett, Captain Cheape and Captain Tomkinson. They are pictured in the top photograph as Meadowbank. The bottom photograph shows the England supporters - Mr H. W. Barrett, Lady Wimborne, the Duke of Penderanda, Mrs Traill and Mr John Traill, the reserve man.
