Advertisement for Erasmic shaving stick - 'British and Best,' which includes a of a stick of shaving soap with a German bullet embedded in it. It was carried by a private of the 2nd Middlesex Regiment who had his life saved by it at Ypres! The firm had the letter describing the experience in their possession.
