In the background is a two-piece by Dior of silk shantung dyed to a mandarin colour. The pleated skirt is mounted on a chemise top and worn with a sleeveless bodice trimmed with matching bows. In the foreground is a dress and coat from the House of Worth in a re-embroidered pale grey lace. The coat in mounted on toning pure silk organza and trimmed with matching grey fox. The dress built on lime taffeta moulds the figure and has short sleeves. The turban of swathed lime tulle is also from Worth of Grosvenor Street.
