Scene on a beach as a group of women and fishermen await the arrival of a boat. In the distance heavy breakers show that strong weather is involved, hence the original title 'Suspense'. The presence of a boat in the background and the large wooden hauling gear indicate this was a place where the fishermen hauled their boats up the beach when they wanted to land their catch.
