Florence Gould, wife of Frank Jay Gould, the famous millionaire and controlling 'genius' behind the Palais de la Mediterranee at Nice, seen in the costume she wore at the Persian Gala at the Hotel de Provencal at Juan-les-Pins (Gould also built that hotel).
