The last frost fair on the River Thames, London, in February 1814, looking upstream towards Blackfriars Bridge and St Paul's Cathedral. There are fair rides; entertainments; tents, including those labelled Moscow and Wellington with ensign flag flying (referencing the ongoing Napoleonic Wars); and people falling through the ice in one or two places.
