Description General Booth Presented with the Freedom of London
Details

The Rev. William Booth, Founder and General of the Salvation Army, was the first man ever to be made a freeman of the city and admitted to civic honours at the Guildhall on October 26th 1905. The General was accompanied by a thousand of his officers.
