The Nationalist General, Millan Astray (1879 - 1954) (centre, wearing white glove), leading his men onto a parade ground at Saragossa, during the early stages of the Spanish Civil War, 1936. General Astray was an enthusiastic fascist and the founder of the Spanish Foreign Legion.
