Details

A giant of the air: the German Messerschmitt ME323 Gigant, an extremely large transport aeroplane, powered by six Gnome-Rhone engines. The Gigant was one of the largest aeroplanes used during the Second World War, capable of carrying about 13 metric tons of freight.
