'A spectral ship crossed the bows of the vessel'. ~~~~While on a three year voyage around the world on board the Bacchante, Prince George (the future George V) and his elder brother Prince Albert Victor witness the apparition of a ship, presumed to be The Flying Dutchman, glowing red.
