Members of the V.A.D (Voluntary Aid Detachment) who undertook the distribution of 30,000 cigarettes to soldiers who took part in the Lord Mayor's Parade in November 1916. The cigarettes were the gift of the manufacturers, Major, Drapkin and Co.
