Description | Hancock's Aquatic Dress |
Details |
Hancock's Aquatic Dress - a basin-type device for 'walking' across deep rivers. The rather 'opn' design rathers opens the possibility for flooding, but Mr Hancock's business flourished in the early 1820s and he was a perfectly repectable merchant selling pneumatic beds and waterproof clothes!
