Milk, for firm muscles, straight bones and for its growth-promoting vitamins. Cod liver oil, helps make bones straight and aids the development of sound teeth. Orange, helps keep teeth and gums healthy. Eggs, rich in body building nourishment children need. Fruit is a healthy treat. You could receive coupons in your green ration book for cod liver oil and orange juice, milk was at a reduced price, or free in certain circumstances.
