Heather Thatcher (1896-1987), English actress, in costume, having a design painted on it by the Scottish artist and costume designer, Doris Clare Zinkeisen (1898-1991). Thatcher was performing in the role of Ninon-de-Lys, the cabaret dancer, in Oh, Daddy! at the Prince's Theatre, London.
