The boats of HMS 'Sutlej' and HMS 'Devastation' attacking a native American Indian village in Clayoquot Sound, Vancouver Island, 1864. The British boats attacked the Indian village in retaliation, after the Ahousat tribe plundered and destroyed a small vessel, the 'Kingfisher', killing the captain and crew.
