Homeless men sleeping on the grass in one of London's Royal Parks, The original caption for this image ran: 'The Submerged Tenth - Lounging in London's Royal Parks. Vagabonds, wastrels, and tramps of every kind lie about the grass, and sometimes they perform their ablutions.
